As a Swimsation Swim Instructor, You Will:
- Ensure the safety of every class.
- Teach swim skills using our engaging curriculum.
- Build water confidence and encourage students to reach their full potential.
- Foster communication and teamwork among students and fellow staff members.
- Embrace feedback and be a continuous learner.
- Report to the Aquatics Director, providing support as needed.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Caring and Compassionate: Show genuine care and compassion for children and adults alike.
- Water Enthusiast: Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills to connect with students and team members.
- Positive Attitude: Bring a great attitude and a willingness to be coached.
- Commitment: Ready to commit to at least 1 year of employment with afternoon and weekend availability.
